He is currently a Partner at Thermo Homes Insulators and was previously a Partner at Equilibrium Engineering Inc., a firm specializing in sustainable design and energy conservation.
Jeremy is passionate about advancing the energy transition and has held key board roles while actively contributing to community-building initiatives.

Chuck is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in energy efficiency and engineering leadership.
His background includes roles with a large commercial landlord, an ESCO, an electric utility, and an energy efficiency utility, providing him with a broad range of industry knowledge.
Chuck’s expertise spans energy benchmarking, audits, feasibility studies, retrofits, and measurement & verification, giving him a well-rounded view of the energy landscape.
